"I turned in my work pants on the 20th of April, they told me they'd be ready by the 27th and when I went to picke then up, it turned out that they lost my pants. They kept telling me to come back because every time i went they couldn't find them and eventually they gave me a phone number to the manager, but the phone number didn't even ring/work. They finally found them and gave them back to me today May 2nd, and did absolutely nothing to them that I had originally took them for."

"Went in for same day service for clothes needed for a funeral. I I dropped off just after 8 plenty of time to have it done. Paid 11.00 for it to be done same day rhem people need to make things clear to people very poor cmunication there also. I will never use them again nor send anyone to rhem"

"A few years back, I Left my pea coat to be dry cleaned. Came back the day it was ready, after calling to make sure it was ready. Got home with it in the plastic and it was covered in hair and lint, seemingly dirtier than before. Took it to a laundromat and washed it in a washer and it came out cleaner. Was going to give them a second chance today, because they do wash dry and fold laundry. I just needed to use a drier. They wouldn’t allow it. They offered to fix the issues with my coat, but I didn’t want anything for free since it should’ve been done right the first time. It was the principle of the matter. So I was hoping that they would make up for it by working with me today and allowing me to use their dryers since I live across the street and my clothesline just broke, but no. Very disappointing. Will never use them or recommend this location to anyone. They were only willing to wash dry AND fold for $16.99 when it says $2.00 wash and fold in the window. But they can’t just dry and fold. I have to use special laundry soaps a specific fabric softener. Will not work with you. Horrible service. Don’t even bother. Disorganized and very careless when it comes to their parking and disrespect for the neighborhood when it comes to kicking on their heavy machinery in the middle of the night and waking up several complexes full of tenants as well as those living in the nursing home right beside it. "Was charged $89.00 to wash a fold 1 load of cloths. These people are thieves! Do not use them, never in my life have I been charged this much money for a laundry service. All they are doing is trying to take advantage of people."
