"Went in as a first time patient and the receptionist was super rude. I did not bring a mask, she told me she couldn’t provide one. I told her that i need to cancel my appointment because I did not have a mask with me. She proceeded to ask me if I had to also cancel my husbands appointment that was TWO days later. Obviously, I that point I responded to cancel that as well as it seems like we need a new PCP. I think it’s great that they want to enforce masks. However, they should be able to provide a patient with a mask if needed. The pandemic is over, most people no longer walk around with masks. Does not make sense that you are paying for medical care and they cannot provide a mask that costs 5 cents!"
"Definitely do not come here! Dr. Hoang is very dismissive and seems like she’s worried more about getting money for her clinic rather being concerned about health issues. Went in for my yearly women check up and day before I fainted and was trying to ask for blood work and told me I had to make another appt. She seemed rushed the whole time. Will be looking for a new doctor."
"My insurance changed so I no longer have Dr Hoang as my PCP but I wanted to leave this review for future patients since we do often only see negative reviews on Google. First, the office is clean and well maintained, the front desk staff and nursing staff are very pleasant and efficient, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to get to a room. Dr. Hoang herself is non-judgmental, friendly and takes her time to listen to your concerns. She is prompt in ordering tests and sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. Highly recommend."
"I'm HUGE on customer service! I'm very observant and I ask a lot of questions. What I appreciate most about Dr. Hoang's office is the environment and the care shown by her entire staff. The office and the restrooms are always neat and clean. The front office staff is friendly, professional and thorough. My husband and I have been patients for over 3 years now. The staff knows us by name when we arrive now. The nurses & medical assistance aren't as friendly but they are always professional and thorough. Dr. Hoang is thorough during her examinations and allows me to ask lots of questions to improve my health. I've never felt like she was rushing me to get to the next customer/patient. Most importantly she isn't a pill pusher. She gives me tips for lifestyle adjustments."
