"I've used RPJKK for several years for my business and personal taxes. They do a thorough job, at a fair price. I would continue to take my business there, but I recently received my tax invoice from last year's work. When I called and asked about the late invoice, their explanation was that they were short staffed and they didn't get to the invoice for a year. This tells me that this accounting firm is inept at taking care of their own accounting; if they struggle at their core competency, what may they have missed or completed in error on my taxes? Why should you trust them to do your accounting if they can't even take care of their own?"
