"Update: 11/2/23 Wow!!! After speaking with Pegasus Pools and letting them know that our pool is now fixed with no issues. They are now draining the pool for no apparent reason!!! Who is running the company! Update: 10312023 Received a voicemail from 'Mike" shared that they will be over to repair our pool bubblers on Monday 10/30/23. Received text within the same hour, stating that he had made an error and will be coming through to fix bubbler on 10/31/23. Its almost 6pm on 10/31/2023 and nobody has come over. Didn't expect anything different from this company. Do your research all!!! Not the first time, they failed to deliver. Recently built our pool with Denali. Fantastic job by the way. See my reviews. Pegasus pool were responsible for the start up maintenance of of our pool. Very disappointed. Two worker Jacob and Chris. While Chris did a great job, the one time he cleaned our pool , Jacob has been a disappointment. He would park in from of our home, be on his phone for like 40 to 1 hour just in his vehicle. He would then “ start his work”. He would show up “ supposedly to clean/ maintain our pool and would spend like 1-2 minutes on our pool. Very disappointing. Shared my concerns with others. He then has the nerve to let us know, we could hire them and the cost would be 80$/ weekly. Smh. Just pay close attention, especially to this particular individual. Very disappointing. Lazy maybe."

"To Pool Owners and especially New Pool Owners: We just had our pool installed and completed for the 2023 swim season (Thanks Denali Pools, we love it). Originally I was planning on cleaning the pool myself, using to decompress and relax. Needless to say, I'm not as young as I used to be and pool cleaning is now a chore. Looking at the various options for pool cleaning and maintenance, I chose Pegasus Pools for their high recommendation rating by their customers and the amazing price for the quality of service. Our pool cleaner Davis is a great ambassador for your business. He does an amazing job keeping our pool clean and the water sparkling clear. Davis always shows up with a smile on his face and takes time to talk, answer questions and explain pool operations I ask about. Davis is thorough, cleans everything with an eye for detail, but never rushes to just get the job done. So, if you're looking for a pool cleaning company with great pool cleaners, I highly recommend Pegasus Pools. Chris and Norma Metevier"

"Pegasus Pools is a Fantastic company!! Great Pool Cleaner and Fantastic Service! Dallas is always thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Our pool is very large and complex and we have live oak trees that constantly drop a significant amount of leaves in the pool. Dallas works hard and always cleans the skimmer boxes to keep our pool flowing. He keeps our pool looking absolutely gorgeous and spends extra time to make sure the algae levels are low and the ph and chlorine are in check so we can enjoy the pool year round. We are impressed with the detailed reports he sends to us on the pool condition and levels. Scott and Dallas are both very knowledgeable and quickly find a solution if we ever have a problem with the pool equipment. I highly recommend Pegasus Pools! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our beautiful pool. Thank you Dallas and Scott!"
