Made an appointment for noon with Toni and when I showed up I was told I’d have to wait until she was done. Waited until 12:30 and requested to see a different person because Toni was still busy. Was then told incorrect information about capital gains and had to point it out on the IRS and H and R Block website. Agent was googling and looking things up online while doing my taxes…I have no more confidence in them than I do my own work on Turbo Tax. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

HORRIBLE I decided not to file here. Toni said she canceled my transaction when in fact she did not. I've been going back and fourth with customer service trying to get a refund for the money I paid and calling this office back. they have ignored all my calls I left voicemails and have they have not responded to any of my calls.
