"We made a deal with Tevan to get our pool back in chemistry after a stormy Winter. It definitely need some shock. He offered to do it for $300 if we continued with his monthly service of $140 after that. Great! Well he came out and dumped a shock treatment in but told us that $300 wouldn’t do and it had to be $350 instead. Fine, whatever just get it back in order. A few days later he came back to vacuum it. He said our pump wouldn’t prime so he couldn’t vacuum and we probably had a leak and to call him when we got the leak fixed and walked out. My husband tried to vacuum it the next day and it worked fine and was able to vacuum up all the shock sediment. We let Kevin know it was all vacuumed and could he come back and get the rest of the chemistry balanced like he agreed. He said he would come dump some salt in it. We never heard back. When asked if he came he said yeah. And then we had to ask further if all the other chemicals were good and we were good to go. He said yeah. I had a bad feeling at this point so I took a sample up to the pool store and all the levels were off. All! Even the salt was low which he said he had added. We let Kevin know the levels were all off and sent him a picture of the readings. He’s never responded to any more texts and ignores our phone calls. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He stole $350 from us and didn’t perform the services agreed. Don’t do business with this guy."
"Had a semi emergency with my pool on Sat morning. Called 5 places including my former pool service company. Only 2 returned a call including Tevan. Was out this afternoon and remedied the problem. Also suggested cleaning the filters due to low pressure [ my previous pool person never mentioned it ]. They were extremely dirty. Great service over and above. He's now my permanent pool service person. Wish I could give 10 stars"
