"There's always something going wrong with this location. Their printer is down and can't do a printout or the machine to test water is down or the chemicals needed are not in stock. Always something wrong at this store. I need to just start driving to the Webster location or find another pool supply company closer to my home."

"Leslie's corporate, there's always something going on wrong with this location. Either their printer is down and can't do a test results printout or the machine to test water is down or the chemicals we need are not in stock, etc, etc. Always something lacking at this store. On top of that there is a kid working the store when in fact we need someone with more experience. Please do something about this location! Consumers beware of this location and save yourself a trip"
"My wife went into the store to get some sand for our pump. They informed her that they would test our water for free. The next day we went in a couple of times to test our water. They gave us a list detailing to us exactly what we needed to get our water right. I'd recommend them to anyone that wasn't to sure what they were doing because Leslie's made it easy for us. Leslie's also does Military Discounts."
