"After shopping around and getting poor service/communication and high prices from other local pool service companies I was lucky enough to find Nate with PoolDocx. Despite the rain and scheduling challenges the owner Nate, came out and did my job himself in the rain. My pool is very old, other pool companies simply sent a warm body and would simply say that they have no idea. Nate took the time to identify all jets/valves and accurately diagnose the problems . He then jumped through the hoops necessary to get my pool back in full operation in less than 2 days. Nate did thus all with out changing the price despite several unforeseen challenges. Now my pool It's not only operating like it's designed but it is fully operational from my cell phone. Thanks Nate"

"I inherited a house with a 45 year old pool that had been completely neglected for at least 5 years (probably more). I called PoolWorx hoping they could save it but I didn't have much hope. Nate came out, evaluated it and gave me a free estimate for several different levels of service. I chose to have the pool acid washed and the antiquated equipment replaced. The quoted price was very reasonable. Nate and his crew began work and I have NEVER worked with anyone who took so much pride in their work or had such an incredible work ethic. They were knowlegable and professional. Did they wave their magic wand and turn my 45 year old pool into a brand new pool? No, they are highly skilled professionals, not magicians, BUT they far exceeded every expectation I had and I could NOT be happier with the highly skilled service they performed or the price I paid. The scope of the job was much more difficult than they anticpated (nobody's fault, we had no way of knowing what we we were getting into) but the final bill was very close to the estimate. I have posted 'before' and 'after' photos that don't even really do it justice, but it gives a glimpse at what these guys had to deal with and what they did. I look forward to the weekly service from PoolWorx maintaining my pool for years to come. Thank you, Nate and all the guys who turned this nightmare into a dream."

"I would give PoolWorx 6 stars if I could. The first pool company told us our pool was too stained for acid washing and recommended re-plastering the pool. Nate said he could remove the stains with a good acid wash. (see photos) He also noticed the filter was too small for the size pool we have, what a difference a bigger filter made. He and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Poolworx."
