I am not a young person, and made a big mistake thinking they would explain the operation of all the new equipment we purchased once the pool was refurbished. Young man seemed 2 be over his head with the technology. Phone calls were not productive. No one seemed interested once full payment was made. ."

"The company’s representative was a NO-SHOW for our scheduled appointment. The woman answering the office phone did not really seem to care. After checking back the following day.... same response! I again left a message for the young nan and never heard back. If this is how they treat prospective customers, I would hate to see how they respond should a problem arise during a pool remodel!"
