"Yep. Came here for a 7pm appointment on a Thursday night. Forgot my $100 sweater on the back of the chair. By the time I got home and realized I left it on the chair, they were closed and didn't answer the phone. I called the next day, my sweater was GONE. They kept giving me and my husband the run around saying "Oh, are you sure your wife didn't pick it up already?" Yes. I'm sure because my $100 sweater IS NOT in my possession. I called 2x after that and each time, they said they would call me back. They didn't. Came today to finish my tax return and NO ONE CAN FIND MY SWEATER. How does a sweater get up, walk away, and disappear? Yeah. Looks like this office has sticky fingers. I would NOT recommend this place. I want my sweater back."

"Went to the 1808 Army Trail spot specifically last year. We had W-2s from 2 different states that share reciprocity. As we were filing jointly for the first time, we were concerned about that affecting our return. Our tax pro - Clemente- assured us it wasn’t a problem. Understatement of the year! His either lack of knowledge in the matter/gross error/ or lack of attention to our return cost us almost $400 in a late charge from the IRS because our taxes were WRONG. And we paid almost $300 for the appt. And then trying to get a hold of someone to assist after taxes was impossible. The office was closed despite saying they were open, despite customer service reps saying they were open. Why am I paying for accurate tax prep assurance when your tax pros cost us money in errors. Never using that office again or that tax pro. The only reason we’re returning is to try and get our money back for the appt. But I doubt that will happen and we’ll be forced to pay again. Totally disgusted with the services. It’s disappointing considering we’ve never had any issues in the past."
