"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! One of my neighbors saw a three year-old baby nearly drown while their lifeguards were on duty and they did nothing! My neighbor had to jump in and save the baby because they were not paying attention! This child could have died and they did nothing! Horrible lifeguards with rude, disrespectful horrible attitudes and a company that does nothing about it. Today I went to our pool and found a lifeguard there with his own personal stereo blaring — against our HOA rules—and when I asked him to turn it down he kept turning it up. When I finally got in the pool the same lifeguard, who brought his personal friend with him while on duty, said we could not go on because he could not get the umbrella to open—said it was too hard. Forget the fact that he had two hours to fix it that morning. I then looked over to find one of the lifeguards who was supposed to be working instead jumping off of the diving board and playing in the deep end. All of the pictures are attached—see the green pool they were supposed to clean. Disgusting!! Run from this company!"

"Would have given ZERO STARS, do not hire or become an employer for this company. They are just a loophole, the employees have sent me several death threats. Nothing will ever be done to fix this company. They screw you over in every way they can. They don't stand up for their own when it comes to HOA disagreements, the throw you under the bus. GHPM should not be allowed to be in business."

"This is the company that manages our community pool at Wortham Grove. They are unresponsive. I may change this review but currently will be researching our options. Contract states that the pool is cleaned weekly, however I do not see that happening. Visit the pool daily and the trash from the skimmers remains the same. Very disappointed."

"I have personally had THE WORST experience working for this company. I've worked for this company for 3 years, 1 year as a lifeguard, 1 as a manager and 1 as an area manager and I have been lifeguarding for 7 years and this year was the final straw. This company catches you in loopholes constantly to get money from you, they have poor communication and give no support to their lifeguards or managers when incidents happen with unhappy patrons. I've had patrons screaming at me at the top of their lungs for simply doing my job to keep everyone safe, strict and unnecessary rules from HOA members who think they are dictators, and random patrons harassing me and bursting into the guard room like they own the place and the supervisors gave me no suport and would not assist me on multiple occasions. And I am not the only one who can attest to this, I have heard several other similar stories from other employees. The company gives no suport to the lifeguards or managers when we are simply doing our jobs, even though we have THE ONLY authority when it comes to enforcing the rules of the facility. I am not downplaying lifeguarding, I think it is a wonderful job. But do not work for this company. They have allowed people to make it a very HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT."

"Its a bright Sunny Evening @7:30 PM and their team decides to close the pool. Reasoning that their policy states if there is a thunder in a vicinity of 30 miles then pool gets closed. They have more reasons of closing the pool and less to keep going. Weird set of policies that they have created and misuse them very well.Highly Disappointing."
