Many pool companies go through the motions as quickly as possible with inexperienced staff (due to their high turnover rate). They call it done even if there is green algae on the side of the pool. Rivers Pool Services goes through all the steps but ALSO makes sure that the end objective of a clean pool is achieved. They come when they agree to, and they send us a photo of our sparkling pool as well as a report on the pool chemistry and amount of chemical added."

"Half the battle in life is just showing up! Rivers has been excellent. Been using them for past 2 months. They show up on time, every week without excuses, maintain my chemical levels, got rid of my black algae initially that was starting up because the last company could not manage. They cleaned my filters. Very happy with the service, they also email the weekly pool report with picture. So when I was on vacation I saw they came and what they did. Highly recommend to everyone that needs a reliable service that maintains the pool well. My pool is crystal clear since they took over !"
