"I’ve never been here but all it took was a 1 minute phone call for me to decide I never want to go here. I called just to ask a couple simple questions about how they work, such as time of payment (do they require payment upfront or do they take out of your return or how that works) & how much they typically charge. Jeff was immediately so rude saying he would have to set up an appointment in order for me to ask my questions & it would cost me starting $200. I said but what i’m saying is i just have a couple of questions before I decide to chose your company to book my appointment with. He just responded with attitude saying “ummmmm” like it was the biggest inconvenience ever. I said if that’s big of a deal then just forget about it. He had an extreme attitude I did not appreciate."
