"I have been using jackson hewitt for 10 years and this last visit was not at all what im used to. The women who did my state taxes was very unprofessional. She did not ask me how i wanted to receive my payment put in for a paper check. (Have always had them deposited in bank account) she then handed me an envelope and told me to mail in the contents as e file may not work. Funny cause i thought thats what i was paying for. I paid $55 for u to tell me to mail in papers..ok. Then she didnt even tell me what my refund was. I had to ask her and then she proceeded to pull all the paper work out to tell me what it is. Just was not happy with the service this year."
