"Called, they quickly asked if I was looking to make an appointment. I said I wanted to ask pricing and if they work on sumps. They said they'd get someone. Put me on hold. I was on hold for several minutes which seemed weird for this kind of call. I hung up and called again. Told them I was left on hold and said it's a real quick question and can it get answered now or should I call someone else? He said sure, let me get someone, and hung up on me. Seems offensive and unprofessional."
