"My underage son was verbally abused and threatened in the chip aisle by the threatening male employee stocking the chips. Made a formal complaint via the Dollar tree website and never heard back. People of Naperville, please do NOT shop here."

"Carlessa was amazing. She was doing the work of 3 employees at the check out and it was a symphony of efficiency. The person in front of me complimented her as well. Give her a raise!!"

"The manager C is a rude, disrespectful horrible person. This store can’t keep employees because of her and the way she treats people. Hangs up the phone on you, talks down to employees. I’m not sure how she still even works there. Also the managers and employees steal money out of peoples drawers and tells them they have to pay it back out of pocket or they will get written up. They make you work for free. The manager tells everyone they have to clock out at a certain time and still clean the store after that time and close up because they aren’t allowed to go over a certain amount of hours for employees. This is the worst place to work"

"I am only giving on star because I can't give zero. The store itself was perfectly fine, but there was one woman cashier that was horrible. The line was getting very long almost all the way to the back of the store when they decided to come up and open lines she was very forceful rude and telling people if we didn't stay in order she was going to shut both of the lines at just opened down. Then she told people to be right on top of each other in a small spot and start loading when there wasn't enough room for anybody to begin with at the registers. She was telling everybody that it's okay to be on top of each other and that the person ahead of us won't mind but they did mind and thanked us for giving us their space. If this woman was so worried about the line going down and people staying in line then she should have been there earlier or walked people over to each register to tell them where to go. The original cashier that was up there by himself was very pleasant and very friendly and talking to everyone."
