"Ben’s TV Repair Service has come through for us again! Our 17 year old Toshiba Regza TV which really has a great picture and audio turned on but no picture or audio! Called our Xfinity service, the first service call took an hour and was able to get the picture but no audio. After picking up a new wifi box with remote…still did not work. Next day 2 service reps came to our house with no success with the audio, their solution was to buy a sound bar. I called Ben’s TV. He was still able to get the audio board to fix the problem. I brought it to him, he plugged it in and to a surprise, we had a picture and audio!! The staff is fantastic, they told me the steps to take to correctly get the tv to work at home. I did that and very happy to say the tv has both picture and audio!! And they checked back later to see if indeed the tv had both picture and audio! So impressed! I will not lose their number. Thank you guys, you did it again!"

"Ben’s TV Audio Video is fabulous! I took my 15 year old 50” Samsung Plasma TV to Ben because of intermittent startup. His team diagnosed it and replaced the power supply. Although it worked fine at the shop, when I got it home I found that the problem was still happening. Ben sent his team to my home to pick it up. After another diagnosis, he found it was an unusual problem. Although it is 15 years old, he repaired it and returned it at no extra charge! Now it’s as good as new. I think it will last another 15 years, thanks to Ben and his team."

"WELL, WELL, WELL. Ben's T.V. Repair is alive and well. Here's a story I would've told 26 years ago if "reviews" were a thing. My boss at the time gave me a beautiful Sony powered speaker set. He told me they didn't work. I took them to Ben's when they were on Western in Chicago. Long story short, I moved to Las Vegas and back and these speakers are still a big part of my life.
