"Untrained technician from Best Option HVAC Inc. could not refill coolant in my AC unit, claimed that my compressor needs to be replaced or better yet, the entire AC unit. Charged me for a trip and one hour of work. Had another HVAC tech come and he replaced the coolant without any problem. Be careful with this business, may want to add unnecessary cost when you need repair or may want to replace the air conditioner when you do not need it. When you use Best Option HVAC, always ask for a second opinion."
