"My mom and stepdad got their taxes done here without telling me, someone who does taxes. After I reviewed their taxes I found several things missing off of their return. There wasn't an Illinois state return done at all even though they needed one completed. I couldn't figure out was was wrong with the Missouri state return because a copy was not included in the backup. And the amount of forms they signed!!!!! My parents will be hounded with telemarking calls for the rest of their life from these people and their affiliates. And they paid $50 to get their refund faster. Something that they did not realize that they did. I have an appointment today to talk to them about getting amendments done. We'll see how that goes...."
"The worst experience I have ever had with me wanting my taxes done by a professional, which was the worst first impression. I'm absolutely blown how my appointment went, just the lack of effort and explaining the process and what to expect. Didn't even know his name until later and he acted like he was not stable. I have to look through my returns to see if I even owe the state and no explanation on why we got a check from them. It's a whole lot of just unsatisfied confusion on everything and the fact that this is our taxes. Wow just appalled by the process and all. Not the most pleasant person either personality wise, came off rude. Most likely won't be back."
