"I used Artistry for serious, expensive reno work on an old pool. Mike consistently took advantage of my lack of knowledge about pools. On multiple occasions, he'd convince me that a certain repair/reno was necessary, only to hide behind the contract when further issues arose. He was more than happy to talk up how the pool would look/perform after a piece of work, only to explain after the fact that because of another facet of the pool's construction etc. I couldn't count on the repair to last. It was bait-and-switch multiple times. A laundry list of work piled up, costing me thousands of dollars, and he refused to do any patch work that wasn't covered by the contract. This may not be fraud, but it sure isn't how I treat customers in my business. I'd look elsewhere."

"First of all, Mike Cunningham, the owner, could not have been more helpful. We had our pool resurfaced with the pebble finish, and it is beautiful. Mike was out many times to supervise the process, and make sure everything was working. In addition, our filter was not operating correctly, so Mike got it straightened out.
