"Although Louis Winston was excellent as usual there was an issue with them running the check I wrote to pay for the service. He brought it back to me and said that it had already been used. Impossible. Whatever company you run your checks made a mistake. I wrote a second check for the same amount $145.00. When they ran the second check, they said the first one went through. The receptionist said they would need to keep both of the checks because after they brought the first one back, I voided it and wrote a second one. She said that since the one that went through had been voided, they would need both. I explained to her that I was not going to leave TWO checks, signed in her possession so her supervisor could 'fix' the numbers. It was SO ridiculous, she said if I did not leave both checks I couldn't have my return. Mr. Winston felt so bad that when I decided to pay cash, what choice did I have at this point, he offered cash to help me make the amount. I'm out of space and theres more"
