"We have been coming to Haute Dog for years. Previously, I had an issue that was quickly resolved asap but the owner. They handle our two dogs with care and listen to special instructions at drop off, especially with our senior dog. She can’t jump and has hip issues and they take extra care to make sure she’s comfortable when there. Highly recommend!"

"I tried this in a pinch as my regular groomer is a bit of a drive away and I was about to have surgery and could not get there, so my son took our two dogs here. I am not super particular about the cut my dogs get - I usually just ask for puppy cuts. But I noticed one came home with one ear trimmed and cleaned and one ear uncut and dirty inside. I tried to clean it out with an oticetic flush but still cannot get it clean. At some point I will try to trim the ear to match the other. There are also still tufts of fur in their paws that could be shorter. I did appreciate the quick availability and express since they are older dogs and that it’s closer than my usual groomer. FOLLOW UP: Three days later, I paid the vet $187 for an ear infection in his ear, so...I do not think I will be back."
