"My 7 mo old Shih Tzu has not been the same since I picked him up from being groomed. I don't know wth happened to him. He was a normal playful sweet 7 month old pup when I dropped him off and by the time I got him home it's like night and day. He just lays and whines. Before he would jump around on the bed. Now you can't even coax him up to the bed. I believe he was mishandled,or dropped. Bob was his groomer. I tried to explain my concerns with this only being his second time groomed. He acted as though everything was irrelevant. I have 2 emails in about these issues with no response except the computer generated we will get back with you soon."
