"This place is a joke. Saw the commercial for H&R Block and decided it'd be better to go there than using something like turbo tax. HA! They scheduled us for 8:30 in the evening. They close at 7. So I figure they are hardworking. Nope. Turns out they're just really slow. My wife and I stayed til 10:30 and we got almost nothing done. I left in complete disbelief. I've opted to do my own taxes this year, turbo tax or otherwise. Better than dealing with these jokers."
