"I was very concerned about getting taken....Kevin came out and looked over my hot water heater...I told him what had happened....he suggested it could be the thermal coupler...he did a little clean out, replaced the thermal coupler....he was there right at one hour...did not leave a mess and made me very happy. I HIGHLY recommend him for your hvac concerns or new install."
