"Friend purchased computer. The guy lied about it having WiFi. Said it had 8GB RAM. Only had 4. Hard drive inside was failing. Took 10min for it to boot. Told her it had Windows 8. instead, had a copy of Windows 10 that wasn't current. Couldn't be upgraded since it was a developer preview (didn't have all the default Windows drivers, DPs never do.) When she wanted to bring it back and get a refund, guy flatly refused and got irate about her wanting to return. Became hostile and argumentative."
