"I put a review in last week but it was removed. I brought my CavaPoo in for grooming. He only weighs 10 lbs and he came out looking terrible. His ears were uneven about 2 inches shorter on one side. His back legs & tail were almost the same as when I took him in. The entire cut was terrible. I had used Fluff Butts several times with our other CavaPoo & was satisfied. I contacted the owner twice to talk about the cut that cost $81. They don't have phone service so you have to do it by text. I have not gotten any communication from the owner. It's sad to see how little it meant for her to keep clients. The bio says let us know if there are any problems, I guess that I not true."
