"I put a review in last week but it was removed. I brought my CavaPoo in for grooming. He only weighs 10 lbs and he came out looking terrible. His ears were uneven about 2 inches shorter on one side. His back legs & tail were almost the same as when I took him in. The entire cut was terrible. I had used Fluff Butts several times with our other CavaPoo & was satisfied. I contacted the owner twice to talk about the cut that cost $81. They don't have phone service so you have to do it by text. I have not gotten any communication from the owner. It's sad to see how little it meant for her to keep clients. The bio says let us know if there are any problems, I guess that I not true."
"Brandee is absolutely amazing! I took a scruffy looking mess of a dog in for grooming and he turned him into a handsome little fluffy poodle! What a great job she did! Plus me baby was in and super quick! He didn’t have to sit around in a kennel all day long. I would definitely recommend FluffButts for anyone that wants to pamper their pooch!"
"Friendly people and my little grouchy dog came home looking adorable. I will definitely take him there again. We were looking for a new groomer and found FluffButts on Google less than a half mile from our home. On Diesel's second visit I had them give him a summer clip. His habit of slow scratching causes matting and then pulling out his hair. His new clip is precious."
