"Had a strange experience with this company we called them to come out today because our heat went out. The lady who answered the phone stated she did not have notes but thought there was an issue at our residence I informed her thought she was confusing our residence with another. The only concern I remember was me asking them not to send tech out after that tech asked me too many personal questions about how much I paid for my house? My salary? How much my wife earns? How long have I lived here? Alot about my income and alot of personal questions. I didn't feel comfortable with him. I do not remember his name but did not see him again. We have camera but I didn't feel comfortable with him. We had another issue with heater later they sent different tech and we had no issues. The next year we used them again for winter and summer tune up there were no concerns and they sent a different tech and we had no issues and no complaints they did great job. Today the call the lady was confrontational on phone with my wife I spoke up and said I thought she was confusing the homes was a strange call. She said there problems at this site but she did not have notes, she could remember all details Then tried to say I didn't pay I paid, they didn't take my debit card first time so my wife had to take money by their office. This call was strange not sure why she would choose this year when pervious years they have serviced. She hung on my wife and was rude but okay nothing we can do about that. But very strange this has never happened before with contractor we hire to work at our home Interaction was Sad but all you can say is okay move on. I dont think her interaction on phone represent their work they do good work but honestly not sure why it happened like that and why rudeness. Horrible she choose wait 2 years until now. Shame."
