"I was on my way from Washington DC to Colorado when the cruise control malfunctioned and the check engine light came on. My car only has 10,000 highways miles on it so I wasn’t really worried but had to make sure it was ok before lI headed across Kansas. I’m traveling alone and with a big dog so that could have things had things gone south. Anyway, I did a google search and found Plaza about 35 miles from where I was, called, spoke to Ben and when I arrived they were waiting for me. They knew my situation so they immediately took my car, ran the diagnostics, made sure it was ok and set me on my way. It was a wonderful experience and I wish they were my local dealership. "Bought a 2018 Q5 and I've had it serviced here. Always on time, had a loaner to use. On time did what they were supposed to, called if there were any other changes that were needed and got my consent. This is not the 1st time we have used these dealerships."
