"(ALWAYS MAKE SURE ITS YOUR JEWLERY) With being new into the Bastrop and Elgin area, i came across this place I was recommended to and thought it was nice.. But unfortunately I had the most frustrating and emotional experience with me only wanting to repair my small broken gold Figaro chain. I was told by Dorthy I’d have the necklace in 3-4 days, after those days passed I called and I got no answer for 2 days in a row. Finally got a call,Instead it took a week and a half to get it back.. Immediately i noticed that the weight of the chain wasn’t there and wondered why the detail of the diamond cuts weren’t there. After getting it checked out at a pawn shop minutes after I received it, I couldnt believe I was told that I’d been given a gold plated necklace?! I went back to confront, Dorthy and who I believe is her daughter Michelle both denied and stated “thats what was brought in.” I had proof (pics) and apparently was a misunderstanding sooo she apologized, gave me my refund of $45 and some how my real chain appeared. It can be hard to know who you can trust to give your $$ & business too. BE AWARE of what is yours!!"
