"A great place with great staff. I feel that the staff is like extended family now. Lynn, Maria, Jeanette, and Joey are all stellar and will look to accommodate. They have a beautiful array to choose from in rings both in engagement and wedding bands. They also can accommodate other jewelry request. If there's something that you have in mind that they don't carry, they can actually make it and send you a CAD drawing of it before you settle on it. I commented to the staff on how the place feels like the jewel of Round Rock. The only semi-negative thing I have to say is that their policy does not have a money back guarantee especially on special order items or custom items. There are other places that do offer that. So if you are looking for a custom item or special order item, make sure you're comfortable with the money that you put down to start the purchasing process, because at best you'll get is store credit if you're not happy with the final product or change your mind."
