"Joe has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the ability to book an appointment online, that way Joe and myself can set aside enough time to address my needs."

"He has always been very responsive, within minutes of a phone call or a day with email. I have had dealings with him for about 10 years. I think there may be something going on pandemic wise and I don't know what. It's not like him to not respond. I pray he's okay. Mr. Orsolini has been an invaluable asset in college & tax planning. He provides insight by determining the means you have and compares to the dreams you have. The costs of college and various scenarios based on your desires. Joe provides great council and perspective about costs and ways to invest to college savings which provided lower taxable income for me. I have recommended friends to Joe."

"Cost us thousands of dollars and refuses to respond to emails or phone calls. You’d be crazy to allow this man to manage a dollar for you."

"I have been working Joe Orsolini at College Aid Planners since he filled out my son’s first FAFSA in 2011. He has helped us make the best decisions when it comes to finances and paying for college. The amount of help he has provided and the dollars we have saved are amazing. He knows everything from what schools are looking for, and which schools provide the best aid, to where the local scholarship money is, and how to compare award letters. In addition to helping us with the necessary forms, he has taught my son and I so much about a subject that, a few years ago, I knew nothing about. If Joe walks you and your child through the actual costs of taking out a student loan, there will be no surprises when it comes time to pay back the loan. After a year at community college, my son was thinking of transferring to a four-year university in Chicago. Joe had my son fill out an “after graduation” budget form, where Joe helped him determine what the various costs of living are, and what an average starting salary is for his major. When he factored in different scenarios of student loan payments, based on attending College of DuPage versus several downtown universities, my son actually decided to spend one more year at COD. Now that he’s a senior, we are both happy with that decision. My youngest child is hoping to go right to a four-year school, so we plan to continue working with Joe until everyone has graduated."
