"Would not recommend. Purchased a home with a helitech warranty that was transferred to us only have water enter thru cracks into the foundation that were supposed to be repaired in our finished basement. Had to remove the drywall to find poor workmanship. Didn’t sand down the walls to do the initial work. Peeling epoxy - didn’t stick. Only to be told ooops the ground is still settling so the cracks were now our issue. Wanted to charge us TRIPLE other bids with their so called lifetime warranty. Didn’t even offer to cover cost of the damage due their horrible workmanship."
