"Peak Property management doesn’t return security deposits. Slow to return emails of rebuttals of their statement of charges. Don’t follow the law and return security deposit when they lose in court. Please pay me my money."

"This company is a joke. They don’t tell you hidden charges that you would have as a renter after you rent they don’t tell you that you will be splitting utility costs with your neighbors. It is absolutely not in your lease. They do not do maintenance request on time they do not follow up. This company is completely trash and then they continue to raise the rent way past I’m talking about three to $400 past what your lease says and they try to justify it with a bunch of hidden fees. Beware I would not write from this company absolutely at all ever again ."
