"Recently we were heartbroken to say goodbye to our beloved Tootsie. She was a wonderful kitty who we adopted from a shelter 14+ years ago as a kitten. South Town took care of Tootsie for about 7 years with no complaints from us. She developed diabetes that eventually overtook her. On short notice, I was able to take her in, to stop her suffering. STH was not only caring, but understanding for it was late on a Saturday and didn't want Tootsie to suffer a few more days. They were kind, thoughtful and respectful. Upon receiving her ashes, in a beautiful urn and paw print, we received a condolence card from the staff. Thank you for your kindness...."
