"I called Wednesday they told me i would be on the list for Thursday or Friday waiting both days i never had a missed call nor a voicemail call at 20 minutes to 3 because they close at 4 and was told maybe next week the tech called and left you a message you never responded so they moved to the next call but they will call sometime next week they had 50 calls in the last 2 days i said thats fine i called 3 days ago and was told by the receptionist and service manager i needed to call a different company"

We paid our bill as he thought yes the owner thought we were trying to stiff him when we asked what was done. As a homeowners we have a right to know exactly what’s being done to our homes. Will NEVER suggest them again or let them in my home."

"Amazing response time. Called for A/C issue and was told it would still be today. Got a call from the tech within 10 - 15 minutes and he was here 30 minutes later. He tested everything, did a full service of the A/C, filter change and all. Last year when the A/C went out they were here within a couple hours of original call and had the issue found and fixed right away. We have also had them out for furnace issues in the past with immediate responses and had them clean our vents. Wirth is a great company with wonderful, professional and kind employees. They are always our go to Heating and Cooling company."
