"I took a titanium ISO certified dive watch in for a battery change which they ruined by scratching the watch back and then grinding off the protective coating which protects the watch from corrosion.I can no longer use the watch for swimming especially in salt water which is what I bought the watch for in the first place .I will no longer be using they’re service the whole point of taking it to them was to not damage the watch while making a battery change .I had taken other watches in for battery replacement mostly without problems but the fact that they made the decision to grind a titanium watch makes me doubt they’re professionalism."

It was repaired/replaced quickly and for far less money than at the factory. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. This is a lovely store.
