"Booked an evening class, doors were locked when I got there, lights on as if someone was inside. Waited 20min and no answer. Called the studio and was told there is no class and that they no longer take class pass. I was not notified before driving 1 hr to get there. When I left she marked it on class pass as I attended and that class was completed but I never got to even go in. When I left, I noticed that she had shut off the lights, but told me that she wasn’t there and was at her other job. Very unprofessional and a total waste of time. Would not recommend this class. Update: There are better ways to deal with or speak to clients. After seeing how you act in response, as a potential client I would not want to join your class. No accusations, just sharing my experience. Thank you."
