"I started to ask if they could replace the battery in my watch. My call got put on hold then immediately hung up on before receiving a clarified answer. I had to call them back and the lady either lied about dropping the call or was completely oblivious their line hung up. Either way, if a business can't even be forth coming about something so basic and literally saving face, I do not trust them as a business."
