"Had an appointment set for 1pm. Was told when I arrived that they couldn't get me in at 1pm like we planned on. Horriabke service will never come back. Very unprofessional and annoying. If I had time to sit around and wait I would have just walked in without a appt. Not everyone is in section 8 some of us actually work...."
"Cheryl was very professional! She was super kind and didnt mind my kids bringing her crayons and puzzle pieces from the toy box lol. She was able to explain some stuff that we was confused about. She let my husband ramble on about certain topics that most would try to avoid. I definitely will be using her again next year! Excellent service!!! Thank you Cheryl"
"Would not recommend at all. Worst experience I have ever had with taxes. The fees were outrageous and when I asked why they just said the system picked it and that was it. Unprofessional and the office reeked of Marijuana when I walked in and no one was in the office but the employees. I feel I was robbed with the preparation fees and will never go back. Wanted to give Jackson Hewitt a try and they left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not recommend this company to anyone."
"Jackson Hewitt was great. I switched over from H&R Block this year because they are denying so many people this year for an advanced loan. I know of people that have been using H&R Block for 20 plus years and this year they are denying them for loans. That being said Jackson Hewitt did not deny me of my loan and I'm so grateful for them. I'm very pleased with my decision to switch to them and YOU should too!"
"I had a wonderful experience with Maria, I hope I got her name right. She answered every question I had and made sure I understood each section before proceeding. She did her best to make sure that I got everything possible back! She was very patient with me and I never felt rushed. The only thing that was a bummer to me, and is no fault of anyone at this Jackson Hewitt location, was the price of getting my taxes done had significantly increased from last year. This being why I chose to give a 4/5 star rating. As someone with no dependents and an only one income household it is difficult to have to pay $200 to my taxes done. Overall I had a wonderful experience this year at Jackson Hewitt Location and I more then likely will be returning next year."
