"I feel conflicted about how poorly this beautiful pool(s) is organized/managed. My kid and i love it here. However, they are notorious for being closed during hours and dates where Google states they are open. Parents know this is incredibly disappointing to a child when the pool is SURPRISE NOT OPEN when you've traveled there in 105 degree weather brimming with excitement. There is often no one to answer questions on this matter either. There will simply be a locked door and a sign saying "closed" or "at max capacity" when it is clearly not at maximum capacity. There are no partial credit or refunds for when they are closed during hours and dates when they are promised to be opened either. I strongly feel that if the lifeguards and managers were offered a living wage with benefits, someone might care enough to address these issues, but as it is, I'm certain their wages are condescendingly low and their responsibilities too many by comparison. Be sure to thank them for their work if you get the chance."

"i wasnt aloud to play with my sister without some girl getting mad like it’s not my fault you were an only child white girl but this is what a childhood is look it up . on top of that there was multiple schools if your gonna have that many kids close it to the public before i hurt one of them on accident , i don’t play nice . they also closed it for 10. minutes so that little kids could take a break like you don’t tell me when and when not to swim."

"Pool always closed , 3 Sunday they closed down at 1pm , tenneagers workers said something broke, but is not true , they just want to go earlier."

"We came at 5:20pm and asked if it was too late to swim. They said no. I asked if we still have 40 min left and they said yes. They proceeded to charge me full price and then they turned around and closed the pool at 5:45. 15 minutes early. I dont have a problem with paying or even them closing a little early but dont tell us we have 40 min left if you are going to close the pool in 20min. They should put that they close at 5:45. Not to mention multiple of the water features at the pool are completely broken. $7 is too much for a run down pool and bad customer service. It is run by a bunch of kids who dont care at all about the customers. They were very rude."
