"My family has been involved with Trivium since the first day. The teachers have a way to make learning interesting and even fun. If a child is struggling, the teachers will work in small groups or tutoring to find a way to help the children understand. When a child's face lights up when they get it is a wonderful sight! It is joy for the children and for the teacher! Thank you Trivium!!"

"I'm specifically unhappy because I had an issue with my child's teacher at one point, I asked to conference and she told me she was only available for a thirty minute window in the middle of the work day. She refused to be flexible to meet at any other times. I tried to speak to a member of the Admin team about it and Chrissy told me that when parents have a concern about their child, they will find a way to make their schedule work with the conference window. The implication that I don't care about my child because I work and am not available to meet from 1 to 1:30 was a huge slap in the face. It was at this time I gave up hope completely and stopped trying to communicate with them any further because they don't take me seriously and there is no point."
