"Firstly, the woman with chunks of green hair was very rude. She literally called my gold coin scrap metal. I also had jewelry and even though the gentleman was nice, he said a chunk of my jewelry was costume jewelry. That was not true. Only two pairs of earrings were costume jewelry - the rest was 14k gold. I would definitely make the trip to see Denise at their grapevine location!!! She was amazing to work with and I will continue to see her!"

I took mine and my husbands wedding rings to be polished before our wedding, I went back after we got married to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. Today, I just picked up a string of pearls they restrung for me. They quoted me one price and found a cheaper way to restring them for me by the time I returned. Each encounter has been professional, fair priced and exactly what I came for. I have family members who have had great experiences here as well. "Don't go here unless you're wearing a shirt and tie. They discriminate against working class people. Went in with a 5g Perth mint gold bar. Still sealed in assayer packaging directly from apmex with the receipt of purchase and I'm told that I'm a fake. I stack silver and gold and have dealt with Alliance gold and silver for years. Never any issues with him. Go to Alliance. Boycott Bedford Gold and silver. They are the scam!!!!! Don't ever think differently!!!"
