"This is the 3rd pool we have had installed by Cody Pools in 3 of our homes in the last 12 years. This project included removal of an old pool and design and installation of a new pool and an outdoor kitchen structure built by a different contractor. We did have a breakdown in communication between their design team and the construction team in the beginning creating issues but got them resolved. Overall the installation was completed on a timely basis and deadlines given were met. There were several things that needed to be corrected in the installation several of which occurred after completion. Once the issues were communicated to Cody, they corrected them responsibly and in a timely manner. The Project Manager Josh was responsive in correcting what was needed and used the approach that they would make it right."
