After our previous shady contractor left us high and dry for months, with a hazardous hole in our backyard, we were desperate and hopeless. "Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Bill is a great salesman on the front end but then was barely involved with the project and we ended up managing the project and his contractors for him. Their contract only withholds 3% after punch list sign off and we have been waiting on final punch list items for months at this point and can't seem to get their attention to finish the project. Terrible experience overall. Update: Months later we still have incomplete punch list and can’t get Eastex out to finish the job we have paid them for. Bill won't return calls or texts and appears to not have any intent to finish the job. We also found out from another Eastex customer that they had to bring a different contractor in to complete their job. Obviously another unsatisfied customer. Apparently taking your payment and leaving the job incomplete is the way Eastex does business."

"Our remodel is nearly finished and we are glad we chose Eastex! They are great group of people. I am actually baffled by the one star review, because I cannot imagine anybody we have met within the Eastex company not giving their all. We had delays and they were due to things Outside of Eastex control (ahem, centerpoint). Eastex worked diligently as soon as able. Also they are great with communication. We had many bids and Eastex was definitely the best choice."
