"Well this place was a Huge Disappointment!!! I have inherited some Gold and Diamonds and went into this establishment to see what they would give me for it. At 1st they said I had to pick out what I wanted to buy and then I would get a value on my items. I had no clue that I was car shopping but anyhow, I asked nicely for a value and I could tell right then they didn't want my business!!! $400 for the items when I had already been told at another place that they would give me $1,500 for just the gold and of course more for the diamonds. The sad part is I know that this is a Very Nice business with some really Nice merchandise to purchase but not going to give them my business when they want to LOW BALL me like they did. Not to mention that I had $5,000 cash in my pocket to go with my items to purchase an engagement ring. I usually don't leave bad reviews like this but I felt like needed to with the way I was treated!!! It was really disappointing but I laughed while walking out the door knowing that they missed my business. Best of luck to this shady business"

"WHAT an atmosphere...from Rolex to diamonds to fashionable women's and men's jewelry...they have it all! A beautiful store, with nice lounging area.(BAR included) This Fine jewelry store has everything. Most importantly...the staff is friendly ,knowledgeable and super helpful with all subjects. Also they buy and sell gold as well as your Jewelry. One last thing is they do custom jewelry and repairs. The perfect shopping experience. Thank you Duffs Jewelry and GOD bless."

"It was my first time going to the jewelry store and it overall super pleasant. The staff was so knowledgeable and respectful. I came in just to get my watch buffed. Over the phone I was quoted $50 for the buffing. However, he only charged me the price of a battery which was $25. However, the job they did was worth easily $100. The waiting area was also superb. Even though I was coming in for a small service, I was treated as if I had been buying from them for years."
