Kyle Manthey was our project manager and the sweetest hardworking man I’ve met! , Also everyone from the in-office reps and schedulers, not to mention the crews they hired and the subsidiary work like electrical, concrete, Travertine, and pool school lessons were top notch! I don’t know how they could have made it easier. Working through the end of things like WiFi issues and sealant or CenterPoint upgrades have been a breeze as long as you are patient. No one ever had issues or bad attitudes even with all my questions. We absolutely love our pool, and can’t wait for summer to really enjoy all it can offer! Thank you Anthony & Sylvan! "I am very satisfied and had a great experience with Anthony & Sylvan. This is my first pool that i have had installed. The salesperson, Clay Miller, got me the right price in my budget and answered all my questions. During the initial process Clay was very pleasant and accommodating; he was always able to answer my phone calls and explain the the selection of materials and pre-construction. Clay kept the process easy and ensured I was happy with the selection of my materials heading into the construction process. I had many concerns and have heard alot of negative reviews, complaints and statements about pool companies during the building process. Luckily, I had a knowledgeable and solid Project Manager, Randy Doss, that answered all my questions completely and kept me up-to-date during the whole pool construction process. Randy was very thorough and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed. Randy went above and beyond and was instrumental in the initial start-up of my pool and ensured I had everything I needed to take care of my completed pool. He was the only designer, we had 4 other companies come out, who talked about warranty and had our quote and mock-up within 2-3 days of our initial consultation.
