"This was our second pool we had built by Platinum. They did a great job for us back in 2001 so when we moved, we asked them to do it again. This time was just as great of an experience. Our entire team was fantastic. Ian, the pool designer, listened to everything we told him we wanted. He then created a design that nailed it. Often times, companies try to sell you what they want you to have instead of what you actually asked for. Ian designed a solution that checked all the boxes - and didn't add unwanted ones. Anthony, the project manager, was always available. If we had questions or concerns he was immediately responsive to help us through. Anthony got us through the project on-time and on-budget. We couldn't be happier with Anthony's effort and delivery. Enrique, the pool-school technician, was very thorough and patient. He ensured all the equipment was working as designed. On top of that, he was very attentive to make sure that not only did it work, but that we knew how to perform all the tasks we would have to perform. Enrique provided that final level of comfort and quality that ensured we have a great pool experience for years to come. I very much recommend Platinum Pools."
