"I had a review on here but looks as though it was removed The whole experience was bad We did finish up with a good pool but no thanks to PM Randy We had to PM the whole project ourselves They put the pool equipment in the wrong place and wouldn’t move it Very in responsive when issues were bought up Bad experience use someone else"
"After speaking with numerous companies in the area about a pool build. We ended up choosing Pearland Pools. Not only did they do the best of showing us every detail of our design and selections but they ensured the layout is what worked best for our property. Randy, Deanna, and Aarron did an exceptional job of capturing our ideas for our pool. The pool was completed ahead of schedule but more importantly the quality of the entire process/build was superb. Randy and Aarron were always available to answer any questions when they arise. Communication between Pearland Pools and myself were outstanding the entire build. I highly recommend Pearland Pools!"
"Not sure why anyone would rate this company less than 5 stars and especially not give a reason...wish there were 10 stars we could give! Easy to work with, extremely considerate of family schedules/properties by Pearland Pools and all sub-contractors, professional quality, beautiful product/backyard. "Highly recommended!! They are a family company and truly provided excellent customer service that is missing in today's culture. From Maegan being extremely patient with us through the entire design process, to all the changes we made once the pool was started, to even working around our last minute business traveling to ensure we were there for the necessary pool maintenance, they were amazing to work with. Randy is definitely fun to work with out on site and really tries his best to accomodate everything you ask. And even threw in a few things we didn't ask for and didn't know to ask for but he knew we would need them. I would use Pearland Pools again in a heart beat if we ever move and build another home."
