Jeremy and Anya truly care about their customers and their entire team stands behind that. Aaron, our project manager, is extremely knowledgeable and was always responsive to any questions we had. Jeremy was patient at all of the meetings, especially when it came to selection time (my husband and I have very different styles). They made the entire process seamless! Our two year old absolutely loves it - he goes out in the morning to fish in the spa “pond” and swims daily with his baby brother. "Let me start off by saying I started to look into building a pool since early 2020 and had at minimum 10 different builders come out. From the first day when Matt came for the consultation I immediately saw a difference and already knew Mckinney Custom Pools was going to be the builder for my project. Matt took the time to answer all my questions (many...many questions) and listened to all the ideas I had floating in my head and made them a beautiful reality with the FIRST design concept! One of the many things that completely set Mckinney apart from all the other builders is that on the first day not only did they pay great attention to detail with what I wanted, never pushed me to build what they wanted to build, and answered all questions, they were the ONLY builders to ask questions about my property and utility locations. Matt wanted to make sure on day ONE that if I were to proceed with Mckinney for my pool project there would be no surprise expenses or delays during the project like the need to do a utility reroute (which I did need). That alone told me these guys are on their A game! The whole Mckinney team is so kind and patient making sure to take the time to explain and answer any questions during every phase of the project. Especially during the design option selections meeting. I kept going back and forth between all the different choices, and am truly appreciative of everyone not losing their patience with me and assisting me with the selections and how each selection can make things look certain ways, how to combine the selections to get a beautiful end result! What is really nice is that even now that the project is over they are still there to answer any questions through the buildertrend app (fast response times too) or on the phone. It is impressive to watch all the different contractors come in, destroy your yard and at the same time see that concept design come to life day by day! It is a very messy process but so worth it! A special thank you to all the contractors they were all so respectful and hardworking (so hard to find these days). I felt bad the days I wasn't home to alteast offer them some cold water. The Mckinney team and all the contractors know what they are doing and GET THINGS DONE! My only regret during all of this is that I didn't find Mckinney Custom Pools in 2020, because I know if I had... I would have already been enjoying my beautiful backyard getaway for three years now! I love my pool and there is no plans to move but if I do...I know the first thing I'll be doing is calling up Mckinney Custom Pools to build me another wonderful pool!"
